A crunchy and punchy example of Adelaide Hills savvy. Hits all the right notes with a passionfruit dominant tropical fruit aroma infused with apple and lemon citrus. The wine has a crisp chalky acidity to keep it taut and linear through to a long finish. Lovely minerality adds a lift and definition to the palate.
