Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Share

A unique expression of Terre à Terre thanks to the cooler than average vintage leaving the wine more tightly coiled than usual. It opens with elegant melon and guava fruits with a faint leafiness, the ferment and aging in larger old oak providing volume and gentle spice. Dry and vibrant, the palate shows a more citrussy personality defined by tangy acidity which delivers a long yet highly understated finish at this young age, with oak beautifully integrated. More than any other recent vintage, this needs time to flower.
