The Hedonist Rosé 2026

An all McLaren Vale Sangiovese Rosé, sourced from the Hedonist’s estate certified organic and biodynamic vineyard in the Willunga foothills, cooled in the afternoons by gully breezes rolling in from the Gulf St Vincent to the west. Ultimate paleness, barely even pink, with aromas of crunchy white strawberry tops, crushed red berry and wild pink rose florals set in a summery mood that oozes refreshment from every pore. As you sip there’s the faintest of Angostura bitters within its crisp cranberry-like flavour spectrum, touching on tartness, finishing with an impression of pith and fine dusted powders. Will freshen up all manner of proteins, especially fish and seafood.
