This is a Shiraz-sourced Rosé. The colour is quite brilliant with its deep pink hues. At all times, the aim has been to preserve the freshness and varietal purity, which is achieved quite beautifully. Aromas of strawberry and light raspberry, and then flavours that are zingy with light red fruits. A lovely palate feel. A suggestion of residual sweetness, but it is only a suggestion, helps provide that textural character and feel to the palate. Excellent wine.
