A thoroughly delicious, flavoursome and so inviting Savvy in a season that influenced the varietal purity of the wine and flavour intensity with its long and very slow ripening period. The aim from the start was to capture the varietal purity of the citrusy lime and gooseberry fruits of Savvy and then deliver it with real vibrancy and energy. Not the overt herbaceousness here, but incredible fruit intensity. A thoroughly engaging young Savvy.
