Ubertas Barossa Valley Single Vineyard Shiraz Cabernet 2018

Share

A ripe and juicy wine with an overly dark spectrum of fruits: blackberry, mulberry and black raspberry. The palate is rich and bright, with even some minerality tingle on the tongue. At 5 years of age, tertiary characters are coming through in the form of dried red and black fruits and leather, which give the wine some added complexity and interest on the nose and palate.
