Ulithorne Epoch Rosé 2023

Delicious rosé from a single vineyard in McLaren Vale. It is made from 100% Mourvèdre, which receives just four hours skin contact, and fermented over 18 days in tank, followed by three months lees contact. A very pale salmon pink hue, the nose gives us gentle strawberry and floral notes. This is subtle, elegant, and refined. Deceptively deep flavours here and a seductive texture, with a lingering finish. This is a most appealing rosé for drinking over the next few years.
