Varney Wines Limited Release Shiraz 2024

Share

Here we have a McLaren Vale Shiraz that expresses the variety with extraordinary fruit concentration, sourced from old vine blocks across three different districts, vinified traditionally including 20 months maturation seasoned in Burgundian oak barriques. It goes different from  many other typical Vales Shiraz. Aromatic with crushed ripe red plums, deeply set flavours, fleshy and gently tart in the palate with a sticky grip in the finish. There’s a depth and energy here that stands it apart.
