100% Verdicchio. Aromas of green apple, nashi pear, ripe lemon, and citrus salt to start. Some quince, lemon rind, a deeper sea salt/saline mineral note, and fennel come out with air. Some lees work evident in a pastry dough aroma, too. Slippery texture to the palate, with a melding of lemon, mineral, green pear, some fennel, and apple-drenched acidity. Long length and grip to the finish. This is a good textural wine with vibrant fruit, vegetal savouriness, and mineral complexity.
