Made from estate Chardonnay grapes and extended time on lees for 6 months. This captures the just ripe tree fruit of Packham pears, green apple and backyard lemons. A softly foaming bead and some cloudy pear nectar. A Blanc de Blancs made for sessionable drinking, think parties and outdoor gatherings. Grab some dips and chips and joyful weekend tunes.
