Here is a Barossa shiraz through and through. Loads of plump, fleshy, ripe shiraz fruit is augmented with spices and cedar oak influence. The palate is concentrated with dark plum, mocha and slightly tarry liquorice flavours. It’s smooth and seamlessly put together with the oak and tannin contribution so subtle.
