Wills Domain Eightfold Chardonnay 2021

Very tidy wine from this cool and challenging season. The aromas speak with lemon and lime plus a hint of richer cereal. The palate has plenty of slightly buttery creamy flavours lifted with an edge of grapefruit and cut lime and finished with a slight and appealing savouriness. The oak is well managed.
