Almond meal, flint and fresh orchard fruits on the nose, followed by a riot of classic Gin Gin clone characters – pink grapefruit, sea spray and brioche. Fermentation in French barriques adds texture and generosity while a lick of crunchy acidity keeps everything focused and compact. Delicious, classic and pure.
