Yelland & Papps Vin de Soif 2023

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mataro from the Barossa providing a cute spin on the traditional blend. Lifted notes of florals with a slightly earthy rose petal character dominant. The medium bodied palate has such beautiful mouthfeel with a smooth seamlessly integrated oak and tannin combination. The sweet fruit is balanced with a slightly minerally savouriness to complete a terrific little wine.
