Yelland & Papps Vin de Soif Grenache Cinsault Mourvèdre 2024

Share

This is built around Yelland & Papps’ declassified Grenache parcels from their single-vineyard selections. Wild raspberry, a dusting of nutmeg, Bing cherry, delicate pepper spice. It’s bright and vibrant with nice pop and lift. The palate follows suit and immediately confirms the wine as a chillable prospect. Raspberry and cherry bounce around the mouth, with some delicate brown spice in support and light-bodied appeal. There’s a sheath of fine tannins through a juicy and bright finish. Chill it down or serve at room temperature for a drink-and-don’t-think vibe.
