Yering Station Village Chardonnay 2023

Share

Matured for 8 months in barrel of which 10% was new oak. Zero malolactic fermentation. Meyer lemon, talc powder and yellow nectarine. Marigold and honeysuckle. A churned butter creaminess with hints of sesame praline and biscotti. Oak really adds a padded finish to the wine with good natural acidity and length. A well worked Chardonnay for the lovers of opulence. Drink now with cheesy cornbread.
