Zonte’s Footsteps 1st off the Rank 2022

A savoury and exotic spiced Cabernet Sauvignon. A core of blackberries and juniper, there is a salted prune, jasmine tea leaf and rosehip. Some burdock root, orange bitters and dried porcini mushroom. The palate shifts a gear by showing more ripe red fruits, rhubarb and red cherries with a cinnamon and paprika laced spice. Acidity carries well and tannins are powdery and fine. Drink now with beef and black bean stir fry.
