Great Southern Pinot Noir flies under the radar with most wine lovers. It’s a wine that fits snugly into the dark horse category, one to watch as they say.
Bright, cerise colour. Lively aromas of red cherry, raspberry, dried flowers, plums. So, so much fruit!
A Pinot Noir in the more delicate spectrum, one where the fruit sings the loudest supported by spices, notably cinnamon, and the tannins are almost powdery fine.
Great Southern florals and dried herbs, such an individual signature, are celebrated here. There can be little doubt about the source of the wine.
