Alkina Kin Birdsong Shiraz 2020

Share

A more traditional style of Barossa Shiraz here with a good dose of whole bunch complexity which is a crowd pleaser and sure to have very wide appeal. Bright deep ruby in colour, it opens up with an array of dark, sweet fruits, predominantly blueberry and blackberry, before tarry, spicy elements add interest. The palate is then dry and fleshy, more in the fruit pastille zone with open knit tannins providing a supple structure for mid-term drinking. It’s a good launching point into the Alkina range.
