Atmata Organic Rosé 2020

Rosés come in a whole range of styles with the current trend being for delicate little numbers with pale salmon pink colours. This wine is on the other end of the spectrum – a bigger, fuller and super food friendly style of dry rosé that has flavour and impact. It opens with cranberry and raspberry fruits plus a faint almost autumn leaf edge. It is then dry and full-bodied with tangy acidity and supple tannins. The real kicker is on the finish as more layers of savoury earthy complexity fall out which offset its sweet red fruits on a long finish. A great Summer drink and perfect picnic option with cold cuts and salad.
