A savvy blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz from the Nillumbik subregion which sits in the Yarra Valley. Cranberry, leafy redcurrants and rhubarb stem lead to volcanic ash and powdered nutmeg. A sappyness to the wine which benefits from a slight chill and twitchy tannins increase the palate weight. This is made for summer drinking and poolside shenanigans.
