The parcel of Monrobiolo is a unique section of the Bussia Cru that stretches into Barolo commune. The result is fragrant elegance with a robust Bussia character. An arsenal of scents and flavours: orange rind takes the lead, sage, thyme, liquorice, and peach flesh and skin follow close behind. It’s powerful and savoury, tight and linear, but has ample flesh on its bones. Flavour and texture just go on and on at length. One for the cellar!
