Bay of Fires Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This is a pretty neat Sauvignon Blanc from the Coal River and Derwent Valleys in Tasmania. It immediately assails the senses with pulpy passion fruit characters and slightly herbal gooseberry notes that are fairly typical of the variety. On the palate, you get a textured, light stone fruit character and a cutting acidity that gives it focus and precision.
