It must be great to have a wine named after you, particularly one as nice as this Rosé. Made from Shiraz grown in Great Western, Victoria, it’s a delightful wine that proves once more that Rosé can be exciting. There’s a heap of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, red cherry), some pretty rose petals, and some savoury depth from black pepper. The palate is zippy, silky and oily, with loads of acid and freshness. I found myself finishing the glass quite quickly, so best to have some restraint and savour the wine.
