Elegant, stylish, medium bodied and pretty – you get my drift. This is quintessential Coonawarra shiraz; beautifully poised fruit displaying that chalky mouthfeel which permeates plush fruit on the palate, thanks to vines that are now 70 years old and dry grown. This has structure too, with those slightly sinewy tannins and well managed oak so will cellar for many years.
