Beaut example of Coonawarra shiraz, a variety that can do very well indeed in this great Cabernet region. There’s a slight dried herb and spicy plum aroma with a little dark chocolate in the mix. Rich and textured, the palate shows good depth and fruit concentration supported by a slightly limestone-like acidity.
