Brown Hill Ivanhoe Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This wine shows all the classics of a great Margaret River Cabernet – cassis, sea spray, fresh pencil shavings and crushed herbs. The 2019 vintage is evident here in the cooler fruit tone and slightly restrained fruit power. A smattering of white pepper and crushed graphite add savoury complexity. A medium bodied wine that would sit easily with many lighter dishes from charcuterie through to seared tuna.
