Byrne Coghills Creek Chardonnay 2021

This is a pretty funky style of Chardonnay. It was hand picked from a single vineyard and then wild fermented. Plenty is happening here with a creamy stone fruit dominance showing some slightly struck match minerality. The palate is generous and intensely concentrated. A bit of the old world in here and if you like plenty of Chardonnay grunt this is for you. Showing a little more development now, adding to its appeal.
