The Bellarine Peninsula-based producer has looked to the King Valley, the birthplace of the Prosecco grape in Australia, for its inspiration with this popular, go-to sparkling.
It’s definitely a good starting point. King Valley Prosecco rarely disappoints.
The key features to the grape and style are there from the get-go: pale lemon colour, sizzling mousse and appealing apple, honeysuckle, dusty lemony-lemonade scent and personality. Super brisk acidity brings it altogether rarely nicely.
A clean, bright summer lovely that demands to be chilled.
