Here’s a Pinot Gris with more than a little lighter finer Pinot Grigio style. It means it’s got the subtle flesh of the middle palate but retains a keen angular edge, capturing the apple and pear varietal characters with a lifted acid and citrus tang on the finish. Crunchy and bright.
