This wine showcases the traditional winemaking practices of open fermentation in old vats, followed by maturation in a mix of larger aged and smaller new oak barrels. Despite a challenging vintage, the wine displays lovely brightness and a spicy edge, with a mix of red berry, dried spices, and subtle plummy plushness. While it will age well for several more years, it is already drinking beautifully, offering impressive value and depth.
