Château Tanunda Terroirs of the Barossa Marananga Shiraz 2023

This is one of the most distinctive parts of the Barossa, with the red brown clay soils yielding wines of tremendous poise and structure with a thread of iron stone a subtle character. On the nose traces of dusty earth and spicy black fruits emerge. The savoury ironstone characters of the palate complement the deep fruit flavours, supported by firmish sinewy tannins. A distinctive wine that reflects its origins.
