Fresh and youthful Pinot from the Adelaide Hills for early drinking. This is a step up from a simple quaffer. A pale crimson hue, there are pleasing lifted aromatics here, with cherries, red apples, undergrowth, raspberries, a hint of root vegetables and some freshly unearthed beetroot. An elegant style with soft, silky tannins, this is a wine of medium length for enjoying over the next three to four years.
