I try to avoid “strawberries and cream” with Rosé. But here? Fair call. Past the cliché, you’ll find crushed stone, lemon zest, and tart grapefruit. A surprising amount of sass for the price. Savoury over sweet. It does vanish a bit quick, but leaves you wanting more. Don’t think. Just drink. Best near the ocean.
