Curtis Gladiator 2022

Share

Sourced from 80 year old vines and matured in French and American oak for 36 months. A wine that unfurls with whisky tones, some mulberry swirls and the espresso caramel of tiramisu. Blueberries are dotted throughout too. Tannins here play a large role in focusing the wine for longevity, here you’ll be able to pop this aside in the cool of your cellar for at least 10-15 years. This will integrate the new oak further still. For now it is a wine that is sultry with rich fruit and potent with smokey, toasty and chocolate undertones. A decant will help open the wine more swiftly. Think along the lines of prime rib for this one.
