This is the most expressive Savvy from Delatite’s high country Victorian vineyards, with aromas of subtle spice and savouriness working alongside deeper primary fruit intensity. It has a slightly slatey, nutty complexity on the palate, which extends effortlessly to a lengthy finish. The intensity and structure suggest it will suit medium-term cellaring.
