Dowie Doole The Architect Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

From the Dowie Vineyard in the Blewett Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale – Block C, if one wants to be specific – this is a very dark maroon in colour. The nose has aromas of spices, tobacco leaves, black fruits, delicatessen meats, chocolate and boysenberries. Good concentration, medium length and plenty of tannins to enjoy over the next half dozen years.
