Drop Zone Riesling 2025

The pure, vibrant lift of fresh lime and lemon greets immediately on the nose. This is Clare Valley Riesling, and it’s captured rather beautifully in this wine. The palate has a bright, zingy mouthfeel, with a crunchy acidity and just a subtle degree of tension within the slightly textured fruit. It’s a wine that’s eminently drinkable now but has the pedigree to handle some cellaring. It’s precise, it has good flavour intensity, and a long finish.
