Hails from the Northern Barossa Valley and shows its stamp with a strong Aussie bush vibe in acacia, gum leaf and pepper sitting across dark plum, blue fruits, black liquorice and warm woodsy spice notes. Well structured, quite firm in sturdy tannins and displaying good length, the palate is built on ripe fruit with vanillin oak nicely integrated. It shows an essential Barossan/Aussie Shiraz quality with a background humming along in menthol and Aussie bush. Should mature well.
