A wine that reflects perfectly the slightly cooler environs of Eden Valley above the Barossa. In this case, it’s produced a wine of supple generosity, balance, and poise. The aromas have a distinct cherry and spicy blackberry character, while the palate has a juicy, delicious, supple fruit feel about it with fine supporting tannins and a gentle hit of oak. It’s soft and plush and in the medium- to full-bodied zone, providing wonderful drinking over the next few years.
