Vibrant and lively Langhorne Creek savvy. Opens with a combo of gooseberry and canned pea that speaks that this is a Sauvignon Blanc – no mistaking. On the palate more interesting nuances emerge with a lime and minerally grapefruit. A muted oak backdrop comes from the wild fermentation in oak and some battonage to add texture.
