Rich, concentrated and powerful, yet with poise and control. This was a cracking vintage, and the result is a wine with intense flavours presented with control and refinement. Dark plummy fruit, a little licorice and mocha with a subtle vanillin influence. Firmish tannins and plenty of oak has been absorbed into the power packed frame and plush supersaturated palate.
