Fearon Tempranillo 2024

Now this is what we mean when we talk about meaty wine. Salami, crushed bricks, split lip, rusty nails… and mud. But not just mud – the kind you’d pay top dollar to have slathered on your naked body. Black fruit sits quietly underneath all that savouriness. Big frame, rustic tannins. This wine is all about texture and grunt. And, it’s not for the faint-hearted. It wears steel caps and builds fences for fun. It also makes me crave beef cheek or something equally primal. I don’t even eat beef cheek.
