Fishbone Ruby Rosé 2023

Made from Shiraz and a sliver of Gewurztraminer. Red currants, raspberry gels and ruby grapefruit citrus. Sugared gummies and fresh cut watermelon. A hint of tangerine skin and tea rose petals. A slew of bright acidity and delightfully dry. There is a medium palate weight thanks to a moment of time in oak. This is detailed and deliberate, a savvy mind behind this wine but with the ease and elation of a free spirit. I think I’d quite like to meet them. A wine perfect for Salmon nigiri and pickled ginger.
