Freeman Prosecco 2023

Share

Fragrant like the first whiff of spring that we all have been waiting for. Aromas of baked pears and apples, white grapes, chamomile, and freshly baked bread. The bubbles are pretty fine for being a Prosecco, that’s thanks to a different approach that Brian Freeman uses, the one that see both lees stirring and short-term barrel fermentation. Creamy and juicy like a ripe poire william with other flavours of lemon meringue and warm bread crust. The residual sugar lifts the aromatics and gives the wine a decent kick of length. A fine example of Prosecco from the cool Hilltops.
