Gorgeous garnet hues in the glass and dazzling attractive in the clear glass bottle. Sipside is all about easy going enjoyment. Grenache fruit shows in toffee apple and rhubarb, a hint of gummy raspberries lollies. There is blood orange and some Aperol like bitterness that offsets the thirst quenching nature of Vermentino. Some sandy tannins add dimension and the ability for this to pair with anything from pork terrine, to mushroom on toast or chilli potato crisps. I love the way the dry nature of the wine stays, clings with a plummy nature in the mid palate. All the fun and lots of good times ahead with this wine. Drink Now.
