Handpicked Regional Selections Shiraz 2023

A posy of magenta florals, wild raspberry and hint of cassis. Candied red apple, beetroot jam and soft licorice. Spices ebb and flow with pink peppercorn and vanilla bean. The palate is slinky and quite dense without being pressed upon with oak. Sultry and sexy, this is drinking very well now and will continue to impress for another 3-5 years. A Barossa heart with a deft touch. This is made for sizzling skewers of marinated beef atop a charcoal grill. Make hay whilst the sun shines and get it whilst it’s hot.
