Hatch Watervale Riesling 2024

Part of an outstanding duo of Rieslings from the dab hand of Cris Hatcher, one of the best in the business. Makes a nice contrast in regionality to the Eden Valley expression. The characters of lime and lemon are there with a little orange rind and a distinct minerality. Lovely delicacy on the palate with a fine understated acidity a key feature for definition and ageing.
