Heggies Vineyard Estate Chardonnay 2019

Share

A ripper vintage of Heggies Chardonnay and the best in years with the warm 2019 vintage no doubt helping the Chardonnay along in the generally cool Eden Valley climate. There is a beautiful array of genuinely ripe fruit that is generous but keeps its shape with rock melon, honeydew and pear aromas seamless woven with toasty oak plus a nice touch of smoky reduction which adds the final touch. Generous and mouth filling flavours follow with a creamy texture but well defined by a gentle freshness to the acidity which supports decent length. Really good value for fans of full-flavoured Chardonnay.
