There is so much to love about Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc from 2021, which is the best vintage for some time for this variety. There is a beautiful brightness and purity of fruit to this example – guava and passionfruit with a pretty dusting of dried herbs. It leads to a juicy palate, the acidity bright and fresh but also beautifully integrated and silky with guava and melon fruits remaining subtle and elegant before a long and concentrated finish. Superb drinking for a hot Summer’s night.
